Pastor Theresa Mildred Evans Campbell was born January 26, 1953 to Lizzie Lide and the late James Brown in Dillon County. She departed this life of labor to reward on Friday July 31, 2020 while at MUSC hospital in Florence, SC. Theresa Campbellwas preceded in death by one son, Wardell Campbell.
At an early age she was converted and joined Victory Temple Holiness Church. There she faithfully served as a missionary and was also a member of Vernella Tent #99. Later in 2003 she became the Pastor of Victory Temple Holiness Church.
She was united in marriage to Arthur Jr. Campbell on February 1, 1972. Their marriage was blessed with 5 beautiful children. Pastor Theresa Campbell was a mother, a friend, a pastor and so much more to many. She leaves to cherish her memories: Husband Arthur Jr. Campbell of the home (Darlington, SC), Mother Lizzie Mae Lide of Bristow, SC; Children: James (Linda) Campbell of Lumberton, NC, Tarsha Campbell of Blenheim, SC, Jacqueline Campbell of Blenheim, SC, Lakey Campbell of Blenheim, SC; 11grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren;
3 Sisters: Barbara Eaddy of Latta, SC, Mary (Dennis) Fennell of Bennettsville, SC, Carolyn Lide of Bristow, SC; 2 Brothers: Freddie Evans of Bennettsville, SC, Robert Lide of Elpaso, TX; 2 Brother in laws, 2 Sister in laws, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Also two very special friends: Diane McCall and Mother Betty Porter.
