~ Letting Go ~

The angels gathered near your side

so very close to you

for they knew the pain and suffering

that you were going through.

I thought about so many things

as I held you tightly to your hand,

oh, how I wished that you were strong and happy once again.

But your eyes were looking homeward

to that place beyond the sky,

where Jesus held His outstretched arms

it was time to say good-bye.

I struggled with my selfish thoughts

For I wanted you to stay

So we could walk and talk again.

Like we did . . . . just Yesterday.

But Jesus knew the answer

And I knew you loved Him so

So I gave to you Life’s Greatest Gift

The Gift of Letting Go.

Missing and Loving you Dearly,

Your Wife & Children

Our lives goes on without you but nothing is the same. We have to hide our heartache when someone speaks your name. Sad are the hearts that love you.  Silent are the tears that fall.  Living without you is the hardest part of all.  You did so many things for us, your heart was so kind and true; and when we needed someone, we could count on you.  The special years will not return when we are all together, but with the love in our hearts. You’ll walk with us forever.

                                                                        Your Siblings with our Love
